Fafalline with salmon, great choice for a light summer lunch
2 oz butter
3,5 oz of smoked salmon
1 cup cooking cream
18 oz pasta (farfalline)
- Melt the butter in a pan. Add the salmon chopped into pieces. Be careful because the butter needs to be warmed up.
- Remove from the heat, add the cream, and mix everything.
- In the meantime, put a pot with plenty of saltwater on the fire. When it boils, put the pasta inside.
- Drain the farfalline cooked al dente, and season them with salmon sauce. We do not recommend sprinkling with grated cheese.
