Conchiglie ( Pasta ) with Broccoli
2 oz of bacon
2 oz of butter
18 oz of broccoli
9 oz of peeled tomatoes
18 oz of pasta (conchiglie)
Cut the bacon into cubes. Put it to fry in a pan with butter.
Add the chopped garlic clove, the broth that you before washed, and dried. Leave to fry for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the basil and chop the peeled tomatoes. Add them to the pan. Stir and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. When it is cooked al dente (not overcooked) drain it and save a cup of the cooking water. Mix the pasta with the Brussels sprouts in the sauce.
Add 2 – 3 tablespoons of the cooking water to keep the dish from drying out. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and serve immediately completely hot.
