10 oz cod
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic
7 oz of small tomatoes
2 oz pitted black olives
Pinch of chopped celery
14 oz pasta
Soak the cod in cold water for four days, changing the water several times a day.
Drain the cod and chop into smaller pieces using a fork.
Fry chopped garlic with olive oil.
In other bowl fry chopped green onion.
Mix garlic and onions and add cod, chopped tomato, olives, and celery.
Leave to simmer for 5 minutes, add salt and turn off the heat.
Cook the pasta in salted water, but keep it “al dente”.
Drain the pasta and add it to the bowl with the cod.
Mix everything and add a teaspoon of fresh celery, a few drops of olive oil and a pinch of freshly grounded pepper.
