Ingredients
  

  • 6 oranges
  • 3 lemons
  • 8 oz of black olives
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Scallion
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the oranges, cut them into slices, and remove the pits.
  • Wash the lemons, peel and chop them into pieces.
  • Remove the pits from olives and chop the garlic.
  • Put this all together in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper, and season with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Leave for a few minutes in the fridge, and serve garnished scallion leaves.
