8 oz of black olives
2–3 cloves of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Wash and peel the oranges, cut them into slices, and remove the pits.
Wash the lemons, peel and chop them into pieces.
Remove the pits from olives and chop the garlic.
Put this all together in a bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper, and season with extra virgin olive oil.
Leave for a few minutes in the fridge, and serve garnished scallion leaves.
