Ingredients and Preparation

Time to prepare – 5 minutes
Cooking time – 15-20 minutes
Serves – 8 rolls

-One can/pack of crescent rolls (contains about 8 pieces/rolls)
-8 to 10 teaspoons of jalapeno jelly
-2 ounces of brie

Start by preheating the oven as directed on the can of crescent rolls. Alternatively, you may set the oven to about 350 degrees.

Take parchment paper and spread out the rolls. After rolling them out completely, take 1 to 2 teaspoons of the jelly and spread it on the crescent roll. Ensure it is spread out evenly on the entire surface of the dough.

Once done, take 1 /4 ounces of brie and top it on the larger section of every crescent roll. Hold the larger area and start rolling the crescent dough towards the other end which is much thinner. Ensure it is not rolled in too tightly or too loosely. The end with the tip is then placed facing downwards.

Follow the same procedure on the other remaining crescent rolls. Take the parchment sheet and place it on the cookie sheet. Place inside the already pre- heated oven and bake for between 15 and 20 minutes.

-When fully baked, some jelly may ooze out of the crescent roll. Scoop it and apply it on the top end of the crescent rolls.

-The best way to enjoy jalapeño jelly and baked brie bites are when they are still warm. They can be served with tea, coffee, milk or eaten as they are.
