1. Matcha mug cake

1 tsp of butter
1 tsp of matcha powder
2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup of almond flour
1/8 tsp of baking soda
1/8 tsp of tartar cream

Put butter in microwave safe mug and microwave it for 20 seconds. Gradually add one by one ingredient and whisk well. Microwave for 2 minutes. Serve in a mug or take it out on a plate and garnish with strawberries.

2. Triple layered matcha chocolate cake

For Chocolate Cake

2 ½ cups of sparkling water
1 ½ cups of dark cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup of butter, (+ 3 tbsp for cake pans)
2 cups of sugar
½ cup of brown sugar
3 cups of flour
2 tsp of baking soda
2 tsp of salt
3 eggs

For Frosting

2 tbsp of matcha powder
3 sticks of butter
4 cups of powdered sugar
2 tbsp of milk

In a saucepan combine water, butter and cocoa powder and heat until the butter is melted. Add white and brown sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Let it cool. Whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda.
Break the eggs in separate bowl, whisk them a bit and add to cooled cocoa and butter. Mix until everything is well combined. Gradually add the flour mixture in cocoa mixture.
Divide the butter into three cake pans and bake half of an hour. Take them out and let them cool.
To make frosting combine butter, sugar, and matcha and mix in the mixer that has the paddle attachment. Add one or two tbsp of milk. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the cake by putting one-third of frosting on each layer and stack them up. If you want to cover the sides as well put more ingredients in the frosting.

3. Coconut matcha mint cake

For the base:

2 tbsp of grounded sunflower seeds
2 tbsp of grounded linseed
1 tbsp of honey

For the filling:

1 cup of coconut shreds
1 tsp of matcha powder
1 banana
3 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of honey
½ cup of mint leafs

For the base combine all ingredients and distribute it in cake pan. For filling combine all ingredients in the blender (without matcha) and blend until everything is unified. Take out a third of the mixture and distribute it over the base. Add matcha in the blender and mix it for a couple of seconds. Spread the mixture on top of the other layers. Leave in the fridge for half an hour at least.

4. Matcha and white chocolate marbled cake

3 eggs
¾ cup of flour
1/3 cup of white chocolate
½ cup of butter
2/3 cup of powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
½ tsp of matcha powder
1 tsp of baking powder

In one bowl melt the butter and in the other melt the chocolate on steam. In a bowl for mixing add eggs and sugar and mix until frothy. Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture and whisk. Pour the melted butter and add salt. Take out about a quarter of butter. add chocolate in remaining batter and in the one you took out add matcha powder. Take pan for baking and pour some of the white butter than some of the green. Continue doing this until you run out of batter. Stir once with a fork to create the marble effect. Bake in preheated oven for 50 min at 350 F.

5. Matcha pound cake

¼ cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
2 eggs
½ cup of milk
1 tbsp of matcha powder
1 tsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt

Combine butter and sugar and mix until fluffy. Add in milk and eggs and continue to mix. In another bowl combine dry ingredients then gradually add them to bowl with wet ones. Pour into the loaf pan that you previously sprayed and bake for 50 min in preheated oven at 325 F.

6. Matcha cake with white chocolate mousse

For the base:

2 eggs
50g of flour
1 tsp of cornstarch
1 tsp of matcha powder
1/2 tsp of baking powder
40 g of powdered sugar
2 tbsp of milk
1 tbsp of oil

White chocolate mousse:

80 g of white chocolate
80 g of milk
120 ml of whipping cream
2 gelatin sheets

Matcha mousse:

2 egg yolks
20 g of powdered sugar
80 g of milk
1 ½ tsp of matcha powder
150 ml of whipping cream
2 gelatin sheets

To make base separate egg yolks from egg whites. In a bowl with whites add sugar and mix until it becomes stiff. Whisk in the yolks. Gradually add flour, baking powder, cornstarch, and Matcha. Finish with adding milk and oil and mix them in gently. Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 12 minutes.
To make white chocolate mousse soak gelatin sheets in water. When they become soft drain the excess water and put them in the microwave for 10 seconds. In other bowl heat milk and chocolate and stir until smooth. Add the gelatin and let it cool. Whip the cream and unify it with the melted chocolate. Distribute the mousse on cake base and put in the fridge.
To make matcha mousse mix yolks and sugar. Soak the gelatin and squeeze excess water when it gets soft. In other bowl heat milk and add matcha. Put it on low heat and when it gets close to boiling turn the heat off and stir in the gelatin. Combine this mixture with one with yolks and let it cools. Whip the cream and combine it with the previously cooled mixture. Distribute it on white chocolate mousse and garnish the way you like.

7. Matcha lava cake

100 g of white chocolate
6 tbsp of powdered sugar
3 tbsp of butter
2 eggs
1 egg white
4 tbsp of flour
2 tbsp of matcha powder
a pinch of salt

Melt the chocolate over steam or in the microwave. In other bowl mix butter, sugar and egg. Add melted chocolate and all other ingredients. Transfer the butter to greased tin or ramekin. Put it in a freezer for an hour or so but do not freeze it completely. Bake in preheated oven for 10 min at 200 C.
